We opened in 1950 and never moved. Three generations of the same family have washed L.A.'s cars by hand on this corner of Los Feliz Blvd — through Atwater's transformation, through the rise of automatic tunnels, through every shortcut the industry tried.

We kept doing it by hand because that's how a car gets clean and stays clean. Nextdoor named us a Neighborhood Favorite three years running — 2017, 2018, 2019. The regulars ask for Marcos and Manuel by name. The kids who used to wait in the back seat now bring their own kids.
